Cinnamon Oat Kicks

INGREDIENTS

Dry

  • 1 ¼ Cup Rolled Oats

  • ½ Cup Almond flour

  • 2 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Allspice

  • ⅛ tsp salt

Wet

  • ½ Cup melted Coconut Oil

  • ½ Cup Honey

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Final

  • 1 Cup Grated Carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 185ºC.

  • Mix together the oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt.

  • Stir together the coconut oil, vanilla, egg, and honey.

  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.

  • Fold in the carrots.

  • Store batter in the fridge for about 20 min.

  • Scoop golf-ball-sized drops onto a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly.

  • Bake 15 min.

  • Allow to cool.

  • Serve.
