Very Berry Peanut Butter Sandwich

Add some berries on the top of your peanut butter sandwich. Raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries all work well with peanut butter. Much better than a PBJ. No-sugar-added peanut butter is a healthier option.

TuLATO Tango

Instead of a BLT, try a TuLATO Tango: Turkey, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato, and Onion. Sprinkle on a few sprouts and a little bit of mayo or mustard and some pepper, and you’ve got yourself a carnival ride of flavours.

MT Hummer

Mediterranean Tomato and hummus sandwich. Spread a layer of hummus on the bread. Add a slice of tomato. A cucumber slice or some bell peppers can take this to the next level. Add some feta cheese or a slice of edam cheese. Add a few drops of olive oil, and it’s Hummer time with a taste too legit to quit.

Mexi-Bean Boogie Bundle

Lay out a whole-grain tortilla wrap and scoop on some black beans. Add some grilled chicken breast, shredded or sliced. Throw in some avocado slices, some tomatoes, a bit of shredded lettuce and a little shredded cheese. Add a bit of salsa if you want it spicy, and wham bam, you have a groovy party in the flavour hall of fame.
